92 The 2007 Pinot Noir McCrone Vineyard exhibits a classy bouquet of pain grille, cinnamon, allspice, incense, black cherry, and black raspberry. Elegant On the palate, with a racy personality, it has plenty of vibrant fruit, enough ripe tannin for balance, and a lengthy, pure finish. It will provide prime drinking from 2011 to 2019.

90 Vivid red. Deep red berry and cherry scents are complicated by smoky herbal and floral qualities. Taut, sharply focused raspberry and cherry flavors gain power with air and pick up a refreshingly bitter licorice note on the back end. Turns sweeter on the spicy finish, which is impressively incisive and persistent.
