February 200893+ The 2004 Muga Reserva is dark ruby-colored with an enticing nose of pain grille, pencil lead, crushed stone, and blackberry. This leads to an elegant wine with layers of flavor, several years of aging potential, and a lengthy finish.

September 200892 (based on 70% tempranillo) Deep red. Highly fragrant, Bordeaux-like bouquet of red berries, smoky minerals, flowers and camphor. Supple red and dark berry flavors stain the palate and are given spine by juicy minerality. The fruit expands on the finish, which is strikingly sweet, broad and persistent. This smokes pretty much any Bordeaux that I can think of for close to this price.
July 31, 200891 Focused and balanced, this vivacious red delivers black cherry, mineral, mint and citrus peel flavors, with firm but well-integrated tannins and a fresh, floral finish. Drink now through 2012. 4,000 cases imported.
