92 Vivid red color. High-pitched strawberry and raspberry aromas, with suave Asian spices and minerals emerging with aeration. Bright and snappy on the palate, offering vivid red and dark berry flavors. Picks up musky rooty and herbal character on the finish, with the bright red berry character repeating. Very nicely balanced pinot.

91 An extremely fresh and highly perfumed intense red berry fruit nose laced with hints of spice and floral notes that are also reflected by the detailed, intense and vibrant middle weight flavors that offer excellent depth and punch on the persistent finish. This doesn't quite have the sheer depth of the Abbey-Harris but it's closer than it was in 2005. In sum, this is delicious yet entirely serious and as with all of the Ant Hill wines, I very much like the dusty mouth feel and finishing intensity.
